Why am I at this page?

What is my HKIS username?

All HKIS Staff, Students and Parents have login ID's. For students this login ID is their student number (a six digit number). For staff your username your Novell username which is usually the first part of your email address. For parents your username is a ten digit number beginning with "002".

Students:

A new password can be reset and sent to you via email. Please request your new password by emailing help@hkis.edu.hk.

Please include "Student Password Reset" in the Subject line, and provide your student ID, Grade, and full name in the email. Please ensure that we can reply to your personal email address (e.g. hotmail, gmail, etc.). The new password will replace all your existing passwords in the school, including your GroupWise email account.

Parents:

A new password can be reset and sent to you via email. Please request your new password by emailing help@hkis.edu.hk.

Please include "Parent Password Reset" in the Subject line, and provide your name, username, and grade and name of one of your children.
