LP/UP Uniform Policy
Phone Orders
Dear Parents,
The Dragon Shop would like to introduce you to a our ordering service. The main purpose of this system is to help make the purchasing of school uniforms more accessible to you.
Important:
- Must be confirmed by telephone with a volunteer at the Dragon Shop. (This is to ensure that stock is available.)
- Each Order will be restricted to a maximum of 3 (THREE) items as pupils will be expected to carry it home in their backpacks.
- Checks without order forms will be returned to you (and vice-versa.)
- Any exchanges and/or refunds must be taken (by you) directly to the Dragopn Shop in Tai Tam.
- NO CASH PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED
Steps:
1. Pick up (OR PRINT BELOW) an order form and fill it out.
2. PHONE the Dragon Shop and place the order … your items will immediately be put aside to ensure they remain in stock … please give all your details to the volunteer so that the order can be clearly marked. Note the name of the volunteer taking your order.
3. Place the order form and check (made out to HKIS Booster Club) in an envelope and give to your child's teacher, school office OR MAIL to the Dragon Shop. The envelopes will be picked up daily and taken through to Tai Tam.

4. The clothes will then be delivered to your child’s classroom and he/she will bring it home.
