Afternoon

Schools arrive at Hong Kong International Airport and are bused to HKIS
Meet host families and travel with hosts to home stay locations  for dinner

Welcome dinner for directors and chaperones

Thursday – February 26

7:45 am

Students arrive at HKIS

8:00 am

Welcome Assembly – HKIS Band Room

8:15 am

Group pictures for each school with directors, chaperones, and guest conductor

9:00 am

Full rehearsal

11:30 am

Lunch in cafeteria at your own cost ($35-40 Hong Kong)

12:30 pm

APAC Band Festival Concert at CDNIS Performing Arts Center

Final APAC assembly in High School Auditorium – Recognitions and Presentations

Will be set 1 hour after the banquet ends – phone calls must be made

Sunday – March 1

 

Home stay hosts bring visiting students to HKIS to meet buses for transport to the airport.
